Student Network Account Setup

All users of AFTRS ICT Resources are required to comply with the ICT Acceptable Use Policy. This form is an acknowledgement of this requirement and a declaration to comply and is required prior to access being granted.

  • I have read and understood the requirements of the ICT Acceptable Use policy (available on the Intranet and the AFTRS website) and agree to comply with them.
  • In respect of access to ICT Resources I agree to comply with all relevant AFTRS policies as published and varied from time to time.
  • I agree to promptly report all actual or suspected breaches of the ICT Acceptable Use policy to the Director, Technology & Infrastructure.
