All users of AFTRS ICT Resources are required to comply with the ICT Acceptable Use Policy. This form is an acknowledgement of this requirement and a declaration to comply and is required prior to access being granted.

I acknowledge and agree that:

I have read and understood the requirements of the ICT Acceptable Use policy (available on the Intranet and the AFTRS website) and agree to comply with them.
In respect of access to ICT Resources I agree to comply with all relevant AFTRS policies as published and varied from time to time.
I agree to promptly report all actual or suspected breaches of the ICT Acceptable Use policy to the Director, Technology & Infrastructure.
